Former leader of Canada's liberal party says Quebec will separate
In a BBC-TV documentary on the possibility of Scotland declaring independence from Britain, the former leader of Canada' s Liberal Party said that the Canadian province of Quebec will again push to separate from Canada. Some day it will succeed, he said.
